This SOP establishes a consistent, scalable, and future-proof numbering and indexing system for all Standard Operating Procedures across Red Run Cannabis Company.

It defines how every SOP is numbered, categorized, tracked, versioned, and integrated into the CannaOps digital operations platform. This document is the single source of truth for SOP document governance.

Compliance context: Alaska cannabis regulations (3 AAC 306) require licensees to maintain written operating plans and SOPs covering all aspects of licensed operations. This numbering system ensures every required SOP is accounted for, traceable, and auditable.
